We're off to Disney World! A magical place even for me. My kids are excited and haven't been able to fall asleep for the past few days.... I have a little tea party awaiting the girls when they get home from school.... just to add to the excitement of it all!
I'm this closeted Disney fan. I've read all the books on Walt and daydream about what it would have been like to visit Disneyland on opening day over sixty years ago.... I lost count at how many times I visited the park... Of course, you're not going to find a Mickey Mouse shower curtain in the bathroom or Mickey and Minnie salt and pepper shakers on my table, but this tea set on the other hand, is the most beautiful set I've ever seen! It blends perfectly in my cabinet with mismatched vintage sets. So much detail! Of course my girls love that Tinkerbell's on it.
Chip's in the same cabinet as well. There you have it, the extent of my Disney Collections.... Now, what to whip up for this little party since there's NO food in the house is the question.....
have a wonderful trip. love the vintage inspired tinkerbell tea set.

Me, too. I love Disney! Deprived child that I was, I never went until I was twenty-nine but my husband was thrilled to be the first one to take me. have a wonderful time with all your little sweet pea's.
Big hugs,
Suz
P.S. I have a teapot bank that I got years ago. It matches my house perfectly ;-)

oh how exciting! We are about 45 min from Disney World. We like to stay at the different themed Disney resorts. I think they are just too neat. It's nice to have Downtown Disney, and Disney Boardwalk so close.
I hope you have a BLAST! That china set is so frickin cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I come?? lol...not only to Disney but to your tea party as well! My first trip to Disneyland I had to have the tinkerbell charm for my bracelet. Then when I got my puppy we named her Tink also. Of course now I wanna hunt down that teapot too! Have a wonderful family vacation!

We were able to take our grand daughter over New Years and had the BEST time! I think I loved it even more than she did.
